He has held senior and C-level roles across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, leading fintech and digital payments operations on the ground.
Working through leading international implementing organizations, Elias Tayeh has delivered technical assistance under programs funded by major European and international development institutions, including KfW Development Bank, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the European Investment Bank (EIB), the European Commission, the International Labour Organization (ILO), and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. This work supports central banks, financial institutions, and microfinance providers across digital transformation, regulatory modernization, and product innovation.
